3. Distribution Role

- Lattice does not control editorial decisions
- Lattice does not influence publication outcomes
- Lattice does not guarantee pickup or placement
4. Services Not Provided
Lattice explicitly does not provide:
- Editorial review, proofreading, or content validation
- Content writing, editing, or optimization services
- Guaranteed media coverage or placements
- Public relations consulting or advisory services
- Reputation management or crisis handling

5. Agency Responsibilities
The PR agency is solely responsible for:

- Obtaining necessary approvals and rights for publication
- Managing internal approvals before distribution
- Monitoring and utilizing allocated credits
- Responding to complaints, disputes, or takedown requests
6. Third-Party Dependencies
Distribution involves third-party media platforms and networks. Lattice:
- Has no control over third-party systems or decisions
- Is not responsible for delays, failures, or rejections
- Does not guarantee continuity of third-party integrations
7. Data and Reporting
Any data, analytics, or reports provided by Lattice are indicative in nature and based on available inputs and integrations.
Lattice does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or real-time availability of such data.
