Account Usage Policy
This Account Usage Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the Lattice platform (“Platform”) by PR agencies (“Agencies”) and their authorized users (“Users”). This Policy is binding and must be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions.
---1. Authorized Use
The Platform may be used solely for the purpose of submitting and managing press releases by authorized PR agencies. Any use outside the intended scope is strictly prohibited.
---2. User Access and Responsibility
- All Users are created and authorized by the Agency
- The Agency is solely responsible for all actions performed by its Users
- Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited
- OTP-based access must not be bypassed, misused, or shared
Lattice shall not be responsible for any misuse arising from compromised or shared access credentials.
---3. Content Submission Standards
All content submitted through the Platform must comply with applicable laws and must not:
- Contain false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Be defamatory, abusive, or unlawful
- Infringe intellectual property or proprietary rights
- Include unauthorized use of brand names, trademarks, or identities
- Promote illegal activities or prohibited services
The Agency bears full responsibility for ensuring compliance with these standards.
---4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to manipulate, bypass, or exploit platform workflows
- Unauthorized access to other accounts, data, or systems
- Bulk submission of irrelevant, spam, or low-quality content
- Misrepresentation of identity, organization, or authority
- Use of the Platform for purposes other than legitimate PR distribution
5. Approval and Credit Control
- All submissions must be approved by the Agency before distribution
- Credits are consumed only upon such approval and processing
- The Agency is responsible for monitoring credit usage
Lattice shall not be responsible for any unintended or unauthorized credit consumption arising from Agency actions.
---6. Monitoring and Enforcement
Lattice reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor usage of the Platform for compliance with this Policy.
In the event of a violation, Lattice may, at its sole discretion:
- Reject or block content
- Suspend or restrict user access
- Terminate Agency accounts
- Take any action deemed necessary to mitigate risk
7. Complaints and Takedowns
All complaints or takedown requests related to content shall be handled by the Agency. Lattice may forward such communications to the Agency but shall not be responsible for resolution.
---8. Data Integrity and Security
Users must not attempt to:
- Introduce malicious code or harmful content
- Interfere with system performance or availability
- Access or extract data without authorization
9. Suspension and Termination
Lattice reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice in cases of:
- Policy violations
- Security risks
- Legal or regulatory concerns
Such actions shall be final and binding. No refunds shall be applicable.
---10. Amendments
Lattice reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
