Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all payments made to Lattice for access to and use of its platform and services.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Lattice are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable under all circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Platform subscription or onboarding fees
  • Credit purchases
  • Advance payments under contractual terms
  • Partial or unused services

2. No Refund on Service Outcomes

No refunds shall be issued on the basis of:

  • Non-publication of press releases
  • Lower-than-expected reach, impressions, or engagement
  • Editorial decisions by media outlets
  • Perceived or actual performance of distributed content

3. No Refund on Usage or Non-Usage

Credits purchased and/or allocated:

  • Are non-refundable whether used or unused
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or monetary value
  • Cannot be transferred outside the Agency account

4. Credit Validity and Carry Forward

Credits are valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

Any carry forward of unused credits shall be:

  • At the sole discretion of Lattice management
  • Evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis
  • Not guaranteed under any circumstances

5. Billing Commitments

All Agency subscriptions are subject to a minimum commitment period of one (1) year, payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where payments are made against a Purchase Order (PO), the terms of such PO shall be binding, and no refunds shall be applicable.

6. Payment Terms

Payments must be made in full as per agreed billing cycles:

  • 100% advance payment, or
  • Approved structured payments (e.g., 6 months against PO)

Failure to utilize the Platform does not constitute grounds for refund.

7. Exceptional Cases

Under no circumstances shall refunds be issued, including but not limited to:

  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues
  • Dissatisfaction with platform features or outcomes

8. Finality

All payment transactions are deemed final upon completion. By making a payment, the Agency acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy in full.
