2. No Guarantee of Publication or Reach

Lattice does not guarantee:

• Publication of any press release by media outlets • Placement, visibility, or prominence of content • Reach, impressions, engagement, or performance metrics

Any distribution outcome is dependent on external media entities and factors beyond Lattice’s control.

3. Third-Party Platforms

Distribution may involve third-party platforms, publishers, or networks. Lattice has no control over and assumes no responsibility for:

Lattice shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from such content.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Availability or uninterrupted access • Accuracy of data or analytics • Fitness for a particular purpose

6. Limitation of Reliance

Any reliance placed on the Platform, its outputs, or any associated data is at the sole risk of the Agency. Lattice shall not be responsible for business decisions made based on such reliance.

7. System Availability

Lattice does not guarantee continuous or error-free operation. The Platform may be subject to downtime, maintenance, or disruptions without prior notice.

8. Finality

Use of the Platform constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
